Supervision Services

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision

Dr. Durkin offers professional clinical supervision to emerging and practicing mental health providers. Her supervision is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and tailored to the supervisee's clinical focus, developmental stage, and professional goals.

Clinical supervision with Dr. Durkin is appropriate for:

  • Licensed or pre-licensed clinicians accumulating supervised hours toward licensure or certification
  • Mental health professionals seeking consultation on complex or high-acuity cases
  • Providers working in cross-cultural or international clinical contexts
  • Clinicians pursuing continuing education or specialty credentialing

Supervision sessions may be conducted individually or in small groups, in-person or via secure telehealth, and are structured to meet the documentation requirements of relevant licensing boards and credentialing bodies.

Inquire about availability and current supervision openings.

Peer Supervision

Peer Consultation & Provider Support

Clinical work is demanding — and even the most seasoned practitioners benefit from a dedicated space to reflect, process, and recalibrate.

Dr. Durkin offers peer consultation services for individual providers navigating the unique challenges of mental health practice. These confidential sessions are designed to support clinicians not only in their casework, but in their sustainability and wellbeing as practitioners.

Peer consultation with Dr. Durkin may address:

  • Case consultation — Collaborative exploration of complex, high-acuity, or ethically nuanced clinical presentations
  • Compassion fatigue & burnout — Identifying early warning signs and developing individualized strategies for restoration and resilience
  • Workplace dynamics — Confidential processing of challenging professional relationships, organizational stressors, and boundary concerns
  • Cross-cultural clinical practice — Navigating the complexities of serving diverse populations across cultural and linguistic contexts
  • Career transitions & professional identity — Supporting clinicians through role changes, scope expansion, or re-entry into practice

Sessions are conducted individually, in strict confidence, and can be arranged on an as-needed or ongoing basis — in person or via secure telehealth.

Providers deserve support too. Inquire about peer consultation availability.
